Texans deserve safe and effective natural health options!

When I was a boy growing up in Texas, anytime I got sick or needed healthcare, the "option" that was imposed on me by my Medical Doctors was always the same: drugs-or-surgery, drugs-or-surgery...

Later, after I moved to Oregon and Washington to complete my education, I discovered that there are many many safe and effective natural healthcare options available in other states which are not available to Texans.

Why do people in other states have more healthcare options than Texans?  Why do others get to benefit from university-trained doctors knowledgeable in the safe and effective use of nutritional and botanical medicine, while in Texas such options are not available?  The answer to these questions is POLITICS.  This is both the problem and the solution.  Politics are the problem because well-funded organizations such as the Texas medical community and the massive pharmaceutical companies can exert a powerful financial influence on lawmakers.  Politics are the solution, because the people of Texas can work together to change the status quo and get the healthcare options that they deserve by promoting the licensure of naturopathic medicine in Texas.

If we want natural medicine options to be available, then we have to get the laws changed so that college-educated well-qualified naturopathic physicians can become licensed in Texas like they already are in
